Proposal: Add 135 units to the Floyds Fork DRO; fill in the floodplain, dig retention basins in the flood way and floodplain. They mixed water quality basins and flood storage basins. "Clearly", from the picture below, the water quality basin became completely ineffective once the flood overwhelmed the banks. Additionally, this was only 3" of rain and residents living there for 50 years said it was the worse flooding they had ever seen!
