Over 40 species of fish inhabit Floyds Fork.

Also calling Floyds Fork home are a variety of frogs, mollusks (fresh water clams and snails), turtles, and crayfish.

Turtle Country

There are plenty of Mud Turtles, Painted Turtles, and Snapping Turtles living along Floyds Fork.

This little Eastern Box Turtle was rescued from the middle of Johnson Rd. just off Floyd's Fork. Shell was badly crushed and his back left leg is damaged.
