Location: 1505 Echo Trail

FF DRO: Partial; proposal backed out of the DRO.

Proposal: Add 22 houses with two in the DRO. This development has no onsite water retention. Water detention to be provided on adjacent site. 


This development is part of a much larger development that adds additional pressure to Floyds Fork.

Eventually, just a small development will be the final straw that will bring the entire watershed down.

In the video below, they had stacked 30 shingles, but the 31st was the tipping point. The damage was done earlier, but when the the last one exposed the problem it was too late! The DRO is in the same threatening situation. We are reaching the tipping point.
