A small rain will overwhelm the basin and all the storm water will immediately vacate the property and head to the Fork. Currently, all that water would soak into the land and vacate over time.
- Storm water run off causing erosion and flooding issues to Floyds Fork.
- Additional nitrogen loads and algae blooms in Floyds Fork.
